3 mindful breathes

Let’s begin by taking a moment to settle your body into a comfortable position.

You can close your eyes or keep them slightly open with a soft focus looking downward a few feet in front of you.

Allow your spine to lift and your shoulders to soften (2 seconds).

Today we will practice three mindful breaths.

Begin by taking a slow gentle inhale, resting your attention on the sensation of the air passing over your nostrils and filling your chest and abdomen.

Notice as the inhale ends and shifts back through a slow gentle exhale (3 seconds).

Notice the sensations in the body as the air passes back out.

Rest for a moment and begin again.

Long, slow inhale directing your attention to the sensation of air as you breathe in and long slow exhale noticing sensations.

Ask Me Anything ( usually referencing meeting or online events). It usually accompanies a launch of new projects where presentations or talks are given to explain how it works. AMA usually allow audience and community members to interact with the people running a project or product.

BUIDL is the bastardised word for build. 

Build generally means to create infrastructure, create communities, projects, deliverables and ship software.

It is inspired by HODL.

Bounty

Stand alone projects with fixed prices for a defined task.  

Each guild handles their own bounties and can be found on the guild's Bounty Board.

Bounty is paid when the objectives of that bounty are met.

Community Call

A weekly DAO wide call that give an update about what is happening in the DAO

It can also mean Core contributor

CEX

Centralised exchanges such as Coinbase, Gemini, Binance, FTX, etc. As opposed to DEX.

CT

Crypto Twitter 

Crypto communities congregate on discord and crypto twitter.

Collab Land

This is a bot that tell you that you have received a tip ( also look under Tipping) from a member.

Collab Land will send you a message to say how much your tip is and who it is from.

The message you will receive will be :

Contributor

This simply means anyone you help or contributes to a project, group or guild. In the DAO you can contribute to multiple project and guilds.

Sometimes called a decentralized autonomous corporation, is an organization represented by rules encoded as a computer program that is transparent, controlled by the organization members and not influenced by a central government.

DEFI

Decentralized Finance

Decentralized finance offers financial instruments without relying on intermediaries such as brokerages, exchanges, or banks. Instead, it uses smart contracts on a blockchain

DEX

Decentralised exchanges, such as Uniswap, sushiswap, balancer, matcha, etc. This is different from CEX.

If you have a governance proposal that required DAO wide participation, you put the poll on Snapshot and get the community to vote on it.

Person assigned to complete a given task within a project.
