[1.0] Self Care 101
Before we go any further, let's talk about burnout.
In this space, the problem we have right now is not greed, not government, not markets meltdown, not anything, but this:

You might find yourself shaking your head, thinking that surely you're too smart for this to happen. That's how it always begins: you start checking slack or twitter or discord at an odd hour and before you know it, your personal life has been overtaken by Web3.
A couple of hot tips:

2) Avoid infinite regrets: Guess what? I also missed bitcoin, ether, cryptopunks, bored ape, moonbirds, and many more. I will miss even more! So what? This is the nature of the world, we will miss things. But one day, if we are lucky, WAGMI.
3) Daily routines: At our core, we all have primal instincts. We don't do too well when there's uncertainty involved. Thus, we encourage all the students to get disciplined. Discipline is not something that's restricted to the gym, the classroom, or trading alone. It's also a part of holistic self development. Please ensure the following are activities you're on top of:
- Exercise.
- Sleep.
- Food.
- Meditation.
- Reflections
