AMA

Ask Me Anything ( usually referencing meeting or online events). It usually accompanies a launch of new projects where presentations or talks are given to explain how it works. AMA usually allow audience and community members to interact with the people running a project or product.

Bounty

Stand alone projects with fixed prices for a defined task.  

Each guild handles their own bounties and can be found on the guild's Bounty Board.

Bounty is paid when the objectives of that bounty are met.

Community Call

A weekly DAO wide call that give an update about what is happening in the DAO

Chippi

A collection of NFT commonly representing members of the BanklessDAO that can be bought and minted on Opensea. BanklessDAO members are known to reach out to Perchy to commission their own unique Chippi. Various Chippi characters are often found scattered across the Bankless Location Map NFT. 

Trivial: the Chippi of contributing members to the New Joiners Session project have their Chippi featured on the POAP artwork which changes season to season.

Snapshot

Snapshot is a voting tool based on the IPFS decentralized storage system, used by many crypto projects to poll their user bases.

If you have a governance proposal that required DAO wide participation, you put the poll on Snapshot and get the community to vote on it.

Talent Coordinators

Talent Coordinators are role holder who run the Office Hours for the guild. Each guild has their guild specific Talent Coordinators. They help new comers which their question, find out what their interest are and guide them on how to contribute to the DAO.

Task Holder

Person assigned to complete a given task within a project.

Tipping

When you tip, you are giving some of your Banks (Tips)  to another member of the DAO to show appreciation or acknowledgement for work done, suggestions given, anything in fact! 

Tipping is done in the 'Hype-and-recognition' channel under General.
